Our Mission Statement is to enhance each client’s quality of life by educating and empowering them to take control of their health so they can live life to the fullest.
Our Value Statement is to act as a catalyst for change. Our goal is to provide an environment where people of all ages and athletic ability can come and work towards their personal goals. Whether it is from 1-on-1 personal training sessions in our private studio or through our range of fun, yet challenging group classes. Every person that walks through our door will be encouraged to achieve and sustain their goals, and we will support you every step of the way.
Shape Shifters work with local sport and recreation organizations providing access to great indoor and outdoor facilities without the need for expensive gym memberships. Shape Shifters is based on Sydney’s north shore.
In addition to our regular scheduled classes, Shape Shifters have a number of innovative fitness classes that will accelerate you towards your fitness goals. For details on all of our classes, see the Classes section of our website.
All of the trainers at ShapeShifters hold a minimum certificate 3 and 4 in fitness and they all strive to provide the best possible training session, by continually learning and engaging in courses across various fields. ShapeShifters design highly effective, customized personal training programs and offer a range of group classes designed to enhance or kick-start your current fitness program.

Scott Ryan
Scott started working in the the health and fitness industry over 15 years ago and has loved every minute of it. To him, health and fitness isn’t just a hobby, it is a lifestyle.
With his background in teaching, he strives to educate and encourage people to make small, realistic changes to their daily habits to help them achieve both their short and long-term goals. As a trainer he aims to empower each individual to live a balanced and healthy life. Nutrition guidance, coupled with fun yet challenging workouts will ensure you stay on track as you work towards your goals together.

Andrew Jackson
Andrew believes and lives by the motto “practice what you preach”
His thirst for knowledge and passion for training make him the brilliant trainer he is. Andrew loves to liaise with and learn from other health professionals, which has lead to a huge amount of success helping people of all ages and abilities rehabilitate from various injuries.
To ensure he provides his clients with the best possible sessions and the greatest opportunity to maximise results, Andrew spends hours multiple hours every week reading journal articles and researching movement patterns and exercises to ensure he is well equipped to help his clients overcome their limitations. Andrew is also the master of core and stability exercises.

Charlie Sennitt
Charlie combines his youthful energy with his knowledge and plenty of first-hand experience across a range of sports.
Charlie’s goal as trainer is to build strong, lasting relationships with his clients, through which he can help them achieve their goals and become a healthier, fitter, stronger version of themselves.
Charlie has played and coached a variety of sports and has excelled at both cricket and AFL (which he is still playing). Spending 3 years working with GWS Giants, Charlie is able to draw on this experience and bring this into his training sessions.
Completing his training qualifications at the Australian Institute of Fitness, he was awarded the title “Master Trainer” by his educators.
