Scott started working in the health and fitness industry over 15 years ago and has loved every minute of it. With his background in teaching, he strives to educate and encourage people to make small, realistic changes to their daily habits. As a trainer he aims to empower each individual to live a balanced and healthy life.

Andrew's thirst for knowledge and passion for training make him a brilliant trainer. He spends hours every week reading journal articles and researching movement patterns to ensure he is well equipped to help his clients overcome their limitations. Andrew is the master of core and stability exercises.

Matt brings a unique blend of scientific knowledge and hands-on coaching to Shape Shifters. With a Bachelor of Science in Biology and a Master of Teaching, he has a deep understanding of how the body works and how to communicate effectively with clients of all levels. Matt is passionate about helping people build strength, confidence, and sustainable fitness habits.
